Powered by IDENTIFiD means security. Because of the universal nature of our product, the member will have to sign up only once to be protected at any institution or business using the IDENTIFiD service, worldwide. Once registered, the consumer is also protected by IDENTIFiD's @Home service for stronger on-line banking authentication. When a participating customer asks for confirmation of a member's identity, IDENTIFiD accesses the data base and determines if the biometric information given, in-person or on-line, by the individual is a match or not.
The sooner you sign up, the sooner you're covered. Once you're in the system, no one else can act as if they're you when dealing with an IDENTIFiD business partner (due to the uniqueness of your biometrics).
